In spite of the lack of a proper Index the book is a valuable reference, apparently limited to 300 copies and is therefor scarce. Topics covered are Land Survey, Roads, Sewerage, Town Planning, Water Supply, Refuse, Black Housing, (Engineering) Design and an Organogram – fold-out chart. Author’s signed inscription to his Methodist minister.
