Price clipped; small gift inscription has been covered by a blank Ex Libris. Book is very slightly discoloured on edges. Sepia frontis; xxii plus maps; Over 280 sepia illustrations in text plus 12 colour plates. The monuments might or might not have fallen into disrepair. However the book is an invaluable record of events which were and still are of such great importance as to justify a permanent record. Please expect extra postage. Covered in archival plastic.
