The result is a practical book presenting trails for any group or fitness level and catering for many special interests, included in the concise trail descriptions are: summaries of the main attractions , length, duration facilities, climate, and other pertinent information; easy to follow maps clearly placing the trails in their geographical context, and highlighting landmarks; details of wildlife, vegetation and terrain likely to be encountered en route including other items of natural and historical interest.
