R180.00

The Complete Book of Running is simply the best book yet, written about running and jogging. James Fixx explains how the sport that is capturing the imagination of more and more people every week is not only the simplest and cheapest but also one of the most beneficial forms of exercise.

The Complete Book of Running contains a wealth of information, it sparkles with anecdotes, and it offers advice and encouragement to runners of all ages, men, women and children alike. For both casual and competitive runners, James Fixx shows that the benefits of running are psychological as well as physical.

The Complete Book of Running shows why runners feel better, liver longer, enjoy a more rigorous life, sleep better, and smoke and drink less than their sedentary friends. Fixx encompasses running first steps to total fitness.
