Both Volumes: Spines had faded and been re-coloured; gilt titles and embellishments have been re-worked; 4 corners of 8 have lost a little of the top layer of the leather; marbled boards have been re-coloured. On request new marbling can be fitted. My attractive bookplate in each volume can be removed on request; all edges recoloured; new extra end papers inserted to strengthen inside hinges. All pages uniformly and slightly discoloured from age, foxing is confined to the end papers. Vol I : Some fishmoth damage on the second contents page and the first 2 sheets of text has been repaired on the margins. vii pp, attractive colour map which has been badly folded with cloth tape on the verso; tears 55, 38, 35, 19, 12mm probably needs to be laid down onto cloth. 352pp. Vol 2. vii+ 352pp including index, colour Plan and Valuation of Kimberly Mine.
