The size of the book is 217x140x23mm, with 189 pages including the glossary. Book has all pages yellowing: prev owner’s name¬† maps as eps show tape staining, colour frontis plus 6 pp of black & white photog plates. 5 coloured cuttings from a magazine, tipped in, are a huge plus.
